I am creating strong characters in a distinct imagery. A storytelling without words that combine the ordinary and the absurd. Currently I am doing my bachelor\u2019s studies at Konstfack in graphic design and illustration and have previously exhibited at Supermarket Art Fair with C-print.<\/p>\n<p><em><u>Could you tell us a little bit about the prints you are working on in collaboration with Grafikens Hus? <\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p>The work I have in collaboration with Grafikens Hus is a collection of images where I worked very heavily with my characters. A lot of the choices I make when drawing can be personal, but I always want the work to be up for interpretation which makes the meaning different for each viewer.<\/p>\n<p><em><u>Your illustrations often have a surreal mood. Where does your inspiration for your illustrations come from?<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p>A lot of my inspiration comes from literature and poetry. As an artist with a Chinese background I also use a lot of references and imagery from my culture and childhood.
